We meet. Together we'll look at what areas you'd like to focus on and what you're looking for out of the coaching process.
We create. Together we will create a personal success plan. This plan will detail your objectives and desired outcomes. A 'How to" for moving toward a more centered, satisfied, effective living strategy.
We begin. We'll set up our meeting schedules, whether by phone or in person, so we can discuss your progress, add encouragement to your steps and continue to define the progress path.
